
Carlos R. Hamilton III – MD

Dr. Hamilton graduated Magna Cum Laude and Alpha Omega Alpha from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1994. Since completing his Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Dr. Hamilton has been servicing the Houston community as both a diagnostic and interventional radiologist.
Syed A. Raza – MD

Dr. Raza graduated from Quaid-e-azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan in 1987. He completed his radiology residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in London and then completed his Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He is board certified in both the U.S. and UK.
William C. Fox – MD

A native Houstonian, Dr. Fox graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2004. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr. Fox practiced for three years in Virginia with an appointment as Assistant Professor in the department of Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Virginia where he served as IR Director of Resident and Fellow education. He has extensive experience in treating venous disease in Virginia through work with VCU Vein Care as well as being a cofounder of The Baird Vascular Institute.
Kathy – PA-C
Kathy graduated with a B.S. degree from Texas Tech and earned a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Baylor College of Medicine, graduating with honors from both schools. Kathy has been working with Dr. Hamilton since June 2008 when they were both at Memorial Radiology Associates. Prior to that she worked for several years in the women’s health field. Patients constantly comment how at ease Kathy makes them feel.
Sarah – PA-C

Sarah graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree from Texas A&M University and earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Baylor College of Medicine. Sarah has been working at the Hamilton Vein Center since May 2012. Prior to that she worked at an internal medicine practice in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ellen – PA-C
Ellen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s of science degree in nutrition and went on to obtain her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Baylor College of Medicine. Before joining Hamilton Vein Center, she worked in gastrointestinal oncology.
Cristina – PA-C

Cristina graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in biology and psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She then received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from UAB. Prior to joining Hamilton Vein Center, Cristina worked at an orthopedics practice in Austin, Texas.
Rachel – PA-C

Rachel graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Florida and earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Medical University of South Carolina. Rachel has been working at Hamilton Vein Center since April 2013. Prior to joining HVC, she worked in plastic surgery.
Heather – RPA

Heather is a Radiologist Practitioner Assistant. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas. Upon graduation, Heather completed her Radiologist Practitioner Assistant training at Weber State University. With extensive experience in vein treatment, Heather was a welcome addition to the Hamilton Vein Center team in November of 2011.
Kristin – RPA

Kristin is a Radiologist Practitioner Assistant. Kristin completed her undergraduate education at Oregon Tech University and relocated to Houston in 1998. In 2007, she completed her Radiologist Practitioner Assistant training at Midwestern State University. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the Hamilton Vein Center team!
Tawanna – RN
As a registered nurse, Tawanna brings 10 years of nursing experience to Hamilton Vein Center. Her calm personality combined with her experience help make patients feel relaxed during procedures.
Debbie – RVT

Debbie graduated from Mercy Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology in Oshkosh, WI. She completed her bachelor’s degree in health arts from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. She began her medical career at Baptist Medical Center in Memphis where she became an ultrasound supervisor. She is registered in vascular ultrasound as well as in the areas of abdominal, OB/GYN, neurosonography and adult echocardiography.
